La licitación Pública n° 41/2010 para adquirir medicamentos inmunosupresores para pacientes trasplantados sin cobertura y carentes de recursos ya tuvo su definición.
Roche logró ser el proveedor del renglón 1 por un total de 63.240 unidades y del renglón 2 equivalente a 831.600 unidades. Son en total $ 3.744.648 millones (u$s 936 mil).
Novartis, consiguió el renglón 3 por 99.000 unidades, el renglón 4 equivalente a 607.200 unidades, el renglón 11 por 33.000 unidades, el renglón 12 por 52.800 unidades y el renglón 13 por 47.250 unidades. El monto total será entonces de $10.863.565 (u$s 2.7 millones).
Gador se hizo del renglón 5 para proveer 132.000 unidades, del renglón 6 por un total de 1.201.200 unidades,d el renglón 7 por 73.800 unidades y del renglón 8 por un total de 79.200 unidades. En total Gador cobrará por esta prestación al Estado $ 22.201.092 (u$s 5.5 millones).
El norteamericano Pfizer accedió al renglón 9 por un parcial de 102.000 unidades y al 10 por un total de 52.800 unidades. Es así que Pfizer facturará $8.204.496 por esta partida (u$s 2 millones).
El laboratorio Filaxis consiguió el renglón 14 por un total de 20.500 unidades y un equivalente a $15.867 (u$s 3.9 millones).
El total para el conjunto de la licitación es de $45.029.668 (u$s 11.2 millones).
A su vez, la disposición 423/2011 desestimó las ofertas del laboratorio Varifarma y de Sandoz por no ajustarse a lo solicitado en el Pliego de Bases y Condiciones Particulares.

Public bid No. 41/2010 – for contracts to supply immunosuppressant drugs for transplant patients without coverage and limited resources — has been decided.
Roche will be the provider for Item 1 for a total of 63,240 units and for Item 2, with an equivalent of 831,600 units. These make a total of $3,744,648 Argentine Pesos (US $936 million).
Norvatis picked up Item 3 for 99,000 units, Item 4 with an equivalent of 607,200 units, Item 11 for 33,000 units, Item 12 for 52,800 units and Item 13 for 47,250 units. The total amount will be $10,863,565 Argentine Pesos (US $2.7 million).
Gador got Item 5 with 132,000 units, Item 6 for a total of 1,201,200 units, Item 7 for 73,800 units and Item 8 for 79,200 units. In total Gador will collect $22,201,092 Argentine Pesos (US $ 5.5 million) from this provision from the state.
The U.S. company Pfizer took part of Item 9 for 102,000 units, and Item 10 for a total of 52,800 units. So Pfizer will bill $8,204,496 Argentine Pesos. (US $2 million).
Filaxis took Item 14 for a total of 20,500 units and an equivalent of $15,867 (US $3.9 million).
The aggregate total for the whole bid is $45,029,668 Argentine Pesos (US $11.2 million).
At the same time, the decree 423/2011 dismissed offers from Varifarma and from Sandoz for not conforming to the Bidding Terms and Conditions.
